Sunderfolk - Tavern

This project was a highly collaborative effort alongside a talented team of artists. As the 3D Art Lead, I was responsible for managing the internal 3D team and coordinating with outsourcing partners to ensure consistent visual quality across the game for props, weapons, characters, and environment kits. Lindsey Crabtree and I split up internal tasks including terrain setup, sculpting, world building, set dressing, texturing, and modeling for various encounters. 
My role involved building and refining our 3D production pipeline, final polish, modeling/texturing, lighting, world building, defining look development standards, providing feedback, and performing final polish across all environments. I unified textures and materials to help maintain a cohesive style and tone. 
In addition to gameplay lighting, I also set up lighting for cinematics and marketing, focusing on mood, readability, and visual storytelling. It was an incredible experience shaping the world of Sunderfolk and collaborating closely with environment, production, outsourcing, animation, concept, design, engineering, and tech artists to bring it to life.
