Sunderfolk - Character Texturing and Look Dev.

This project was a highly collaborative effort alongside a talented team of artists. As the 3D Art Lead, I was responsible for managing the internal 3D team and coordinating with outsourcing partners to ensure consistent visual quality across the game for props, weapons, characters, and environment kits. We had various external character artists help us along the way and truly doing an amazing job. My role involved building and refining our 3D production pipeline, final polish, texturing, lighting, look development standards, and unified textures and materials to help maintain a cohesive style and tone.
